> DOTSAP.com connects commercial drivers and DOT-regulated employees with a DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) for the federally required Return-to-Duty evaluation and process after a DOT drug or alcohol violation. Services are delivered by video conference and are grounded in 49 CFR Part 40.

DOTSAP.com is operated by a DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional (CEAP, SAP credentialed) with experience across 1,900+ FMCSA Clearinghouse evaluations. The site covers safety-sensitive employees regulated by FMCSA, FAA, FRA, FTA, PHMSA, and USCG. The Return-to-Duty (RTD) process is required before a driver or other safety-sensitive employee who has violated a DOT drug or alcohol testing regulation may resume safety-sensitive duty for any DOT-regulated employer.
