DOTSAP.com is a family-owned business founded by Perry deLapouyade, built on decades of firsthand experience in both clinical substance use counseling and the transportation industry.

Today, the company is led by his children, Perret deLapouyade and Lynelle Brooks, who continue his legacy with a shared commitment to helping safety-sensitive professionals successfully return to duty after a failed or missed drug or alcohol test.

With a combined experience of more than 70 years in clinical practice, transportation, and compliance, we understand what is at stake. Returning to duty means getting back to work, restoring stability, and moving forward with confidence. Our goal is to guide clients through the process clearly, correctly, and without unnecessary stress.
