DOTSAP.com grew from a family legacy that began with Perry deLapouyade’s work as a Substance Abuse Professional. His example and commitment to helping people navigate difficult moments inspired his son, Perret deLapouyade, to become a SAP and, after more than 35 years working in and around the transportation industry, ultimately create DOTSAP.com.

Today, Perret and Lynelle Brooks carry that legacy forward, helping safety-sensitive professionals understand the return-to-duty process and move through it with clarity, dignity, and confidence.

With a combined experience of more than 70 years in clinical practice, transportation, and compliance, we understand what is at stake. Returning to duty means getting back to work, restoring stability, and moving forward with confidence. Our goal is to guide clients through the process clearly, correctly, and without unnecessary stress.
