Refund Policy
At DOTSAP.com, we strive to deliver quality services to all our clients. Our refund policy is outlined below:

Eligibility for Refunds
- Prior to Initial Assessment: Refunds requested before the initial assessment scheduled time with a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) will be issued at 75% of the total amount paid.
- After Initial Assessment: Once the initial assessment scheduled time has passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This is regardless of attendance to the initial assessment.

Non-Refundable Fees
Administrative and preparatory costs are non-refundable and are covered by the 25% retained from the initial payment. -
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at Nell@thedotsap.com with your name, payment details, and the reason for your request. Refund requests must be made in writing. -
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. -
Additional Terms
- Refunds are only available to the original purchaser of the service.
- No refunds will be granted if services are delayed or disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control, such as client non-responsiveness or failure to complete necessary steps.
