Refund Policy

At DOTSAP.com, we strive to deliver quality services to all our clients. Our refund policy is outlined below:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Prior to Initial Assessment: Refunds requested before the initial assessment scheduled time with a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) will be issued at 75% of the total amount paid.
    • After Initial Assessment: Once the initial assessment scheduled time has passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.  This is regardless of attendance to the initial assessment. 
  2. Non-Refundable Fees
    Administrative and preparatory costs are non-refundable and are covered by the 25% retained from the initial payment.

  3. How to Request a Refund
    To request a refund, please contact us at Nell@thedotsap.com with your name, payment details, and the reason for your request. Refund requests must be made in writing.

  4. Processing Time
    Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  5. Additional Terms

    • Refunds are only available to the original purchaser of the service.
    • No refunds will be granted if services are delayed or disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control, such as client non-responsiveness or failure to complete necessary steps.
